1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and 9jl9 ("9jl9", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 9jl9.cam ("Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, playing any game, or otherwise accessing any part of the 9jl9 Platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

• You have not been diagnosed with, or are not currently seeking treatment for, gambling addiction or related disorders.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. 9jl9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided, including a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, or SSS ID). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3 Account Management & Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your 9jl9 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 9jl9 will never request your password via live chat, email, or SMS — any communication purporting to do so should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other platforms;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for additional account protection;
• Log out of your account after each session on shared or public devices;
• Notify 9jl9 immediately via live chat support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account;
• Keep your registered contact details — mobile number and email address — current and accurate at all times.

9jl9 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Where unauthorised access occurs due to your negligence, 9jl9 may decline to compensate for resulting losses but will investigate all reports of suspected account compromise in good faith.

9jl9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

All financial transactions on the 9jl9 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction, which currently include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, among others.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits made via GCash and Maya are generally credited to your 9jl9 account within seconds of successful payment confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.
• 9jl9 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees independently.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Accounts must complete identity verification (KYC) before the first withdrawal request can be processed. KYC requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes for verified accounts using GCash or Maya. Bank transfers may take up to three (3) business days.
• 9jl9 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. You will be notified if such checks are required.
• Any bonus amounts subject to active wagering requirements must be completed in full before the corresponding funds become eligible for withdrawal.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

9jl9 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback promotions, free spins, and seasonal events. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion as published on the Platform at the time of the offer, in addition to the general provisions set out in this Section.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified account holders who meet the specific eligibility criteria of the relevant promotion. Unless stated otherwise, bonus offers are available to Philippine residents aged 21 and above only.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless specified as "cashable" or "no wagering", bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless a promotion explicitly permits multiple bonuses simultaneously, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Players may not claim the same promotion more than once unless explicitly stated.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or whose wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing opposing bets to reduce risk, or any other strategy that distorts the intended purpose of a promotion — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Withdrawal During Wagering: If you request a withdrawal while a bonus is active and wagering requirements have not been met, 9jl9 reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from bonus funds prior to processing the withdrawal of your real-money balance.

9jl9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with notice provided on the Platform where practicable. The terms of any individual promotion take precedence over these general bonus provisions in the event of any inconsistency.

6 Game Rules, Fair Play & Technical Issues

All games available on the 9jl9 Platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable rules. In the event of any conflict between general Platform rules and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for matters relating to that game.

All 9jl9 casino games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer operations provided by licensed third-party game studios including but not limited to Playtech and other certified providers. RNG certifications are held by the relevant game providers and are subject to independent auditing.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9jl9 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities as appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Opening or operating more than one (1) account, whether in your own name or under another identity;
• Allowing any other person to use your account, or using another person's account;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any software designed to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes in live dealer or multiplayer games;
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in the Platform for financial gain — any such vulnerabilities must be reported to support immediately;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any game or software on the Platform;
• Engaging in chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes after completing transactions on the Platform;
• Any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or the experience of other players.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 9jl9 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, game code, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the property of 9jl9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any Platform content;
• Use the 9jl9 brand name, logo, or trademarks without express written permission;

9jl9's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or PHP 10,000, whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The 9jl9 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You assume all risk associated with your use of the Platform.

12 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to the 9jl9 Platform, games, transactions, or these Terms, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Our support team will endeavour to resolve your complaint promptly and fairly.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within a reasonable time, you may escalate the matter in writing to our dedicated disputes resolution team. We will acknowledge your escalated complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 14 calendar days.

13 Amendments to These Terms

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter, except where otherwise required by mandatory applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 9jl9 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
